I use a variety of treatment methods to help clients to recognize and enhance their own coping skills. I also have a particular interest in assisting couples and parents in developing their skills in these challenging areas of life.
In 2014 I completed levels I and II in the Gottman Method of couples counseling. I completed level III of the Gottman Method in 2020. The method helps couples understand the underlying issues that may be affecting the relationship while building relationship skills.
